This policy explains how VOPO collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit vopo.co or contact us. We are committed to handling your information fairly and in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we collect
When you send us an enquiry through our website, we collect the information you choose to give us:

- your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- the services you're interested in and any budget you mention
- anything you tell us about your business in your message
We also receive basic technical information from our website host, such as your IP address and browser type, which is used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call
- To prepare a proposal if you ask us for one
- To deliver our services if you become a client
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam
We will never sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Our lawful basis
We use your information because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract, such as preparing a proposal, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Where we need your consent, for example to send you marketing emails, we will ask for it clearly and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and the systems we use to manage enquiries. They act on our instructions and must keep your information secure. If any provider stores data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
If you make an enquiry but don't become a client, we keep your details for up to 24 months and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, usually six years after our work together ends.

- object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
